We love admire creativity. The food industry is amazing with all the creative ways they prepare and present food. However, in order to have a sustainable business, there are other points important to know and be aware of, to stay open. The recent coronavirus lockdowns have brought the issue of survival of businesses, specially the restaurant business shows us, how many are closed. Many of our loved restaurants sadly will not be able to reopen.
